Called this florist for a delivery for Mother's Day - it will be my last. I called in the morning and was told my item could be delivered by the afternoon to my mom's work place - they were well aware that it had to be there before 5pm. The delivery never showed. . . when I called they had me speak to the manager and he pretty much was unsympathetic and said they were there to deliver at 5:10pm and no one was there - come to find out my mom was there until 6pm and nobody attempted any delivery.
