Tall City Veterinary Hospital of Midland Texas is a veterinary hospital for those who only can afford it apparently. If your pet is on deaths door and you can only make it to this particular vet at that particular time without the proper amount of money they will turn you away. And even be frowned upon and scolded if you dont have the money to pay for the bills by one particular vet who will not be named.
