Please be sure you completely understand their policies before trading at this store. As explained to me, books are sold at 50% of retail price, trade-ins are accepted and 25% of retail price. However, they fail to tell you that, if your trade-in credit is equal to the amount of the books you are purchasing, they charge an additional 20% of the retail price of the book. Businesses cannot operate without cash exchanging hands, but when explaining the trade-in policy, perhaps they should also explain the extra 20% you must pay to use your credit.%
