I was using Jones Family BBQ for my WEDDING. After several months of planning, confirming the date, times and delivery information. Then I get a phone call from them 5 WEEKS BEFORE my wedding to tell me they could not cater my wedding due to their insurance not allowing them to drive that far. SERIOUSLY ? They had known where it was going to be for several months.
