WORST place to take your pet. I took my 2 small dogs there at 8am, they said they would be ready at 1pm. Went there at 1 to pick them up..they only had one dog ready, then they told me that they clipped my other dog's ear..she was bleeding, and she wasn't done yet come back in 15 min. We came back in 15, she STILL was not ready, they said come back in another 15, that the groomer that was working on her WENT TO LUNCH..in the middle of working on my dog??? So 45 more minutes waiting in their lot..my dog was FINALLY ready. They still charged me the FULL
