If this is the best taxi service that Greensboro, now I know that city needs big time help. I paid at the airport for this what they call a taxi services and when I got to the hotel I was told I had to pay for my bags (at $5.00 each) like the airlines and a set tip of $20.00 from the driver. Too many fees that are told up front whenb you use this service. I called the office and was place on hold for well over 25 mins. the General Manager Rena had no good answers for the extra fees. I called the Airport offices was out of luck because was not in the office. P
