I called South Belt Heating about two weeks ago for an estimate on fixing my return air box. Matt called back promptly and we scheduled for the next morning. I have to say I was first impressed by his promptness as I can't tell you how many time a 9am appt is late or no show. He went into my attic to look at the duct board taped up box.
