Do not get a vehicle from them or take it there for servicing. I took it in Jun 28th 2013, still haven't gotten it back it's Nov 29th 2013, I have called them more than 100 times and have only had a single call back. I called after the 3 weeks. No call back for 2 weeks. I don't know how they stay in business. No follow through. If they order a part they never check on it. Replaced my muffler under warranty, then it broke the next day, have it back to them. 5 weeks later they hadn't told the warranty people at lance. Just completely ridiculous. Called better
