MCLEAN AIR DUCT COATING AND CLEANING COMPANY INC is adding water to the products, Foster 40-20 Coating and Foster 32-14 Sealant (or equivalent) and the Product Data Sheets and H.B. Fuller says "DO NOT THIN". The coating also specifies "DO NOT REENTER AFFECTED AREA FOR 12 HOURS" and he often does the process with the customer in the house and without the proper safety equipment for his technicians.
