In December of 2010, we purchased a piano from Piersee Piano for my 9 year old daughter as her one and only present. The piano was not on site, but we paid in full and were told the piano would be here "around" Christmas. Christmas came and went with no word. I finally called and they decided to give me another piano -- an upgrade -- instead. Here is where everything goes wrong. 1. The piano was delivered to our house by the owner's high school son NOT A PROFESSION PIANO MOVING COMPANY. 2. The piano was not covered or protected in any way during transport
