Worst mediator ever! Unprofessional, overly aggressive, no empathy whatsoever. Mediators aren't your friend, on your side, and really aren't interested in what's fair. They are there to moderate and cut through issues when necessary. They aren't there to influence the outcome. Susan Wright, comes in with an agenda, and seeks, an outcome bad on her belief of what should be. She is completely dismissive, refuses to deliver offers that she doesn't think will work. Condensing and argumentative, she creates an environment of fear and anger.
