I had a BlackBerry Pearl 8100 that started having issues with the roller ball. With my factory warranty over and not wanting to be lured into signing a new contract in order to get a discount on a new phone. I opted to purchase a "remanufactured" unit from the Cell Phone Warehouse. They explained the 30 day return and warranty policy which I accepted.
