I dropped of a formal dress and man's coat. Both items were obviously not cleaned. They were wrinkled and dirty. I was leaving the country the next day and needed these items. The manager said there was no one available to redo the items and no one authorized to give a refund either. She said when we returned to call and she would refund me. I called and she has no recollection of our conversation now and says she would have never offered a refund.
