Upstate Auto Auction does not uphold their own arbitration rules. They will not take back a car for arbitration, even if the car falls into their rules, They will change the rules to something no dealer has ever heard of, they will make up any rule to stick you with the vehicle. They will lye to you, they will not discuss the problem with you, BUT they will ban you from their pitifully small auction. It does not matter if you are a loyal customer with them or not, they will rip you off in the end. This is happening to many dealers besides me. Unfortunately I
