Milka is the owner and only hair stylist goes by appts only....that would b a plus, execpt for the fact that she has horrible time management and is late about 80% of the time without any remorse or apologies.She does very good dominican style hair but don't voice your own opinoon about your own hair or your own products you might want to use beacuse she will ALWAYS have something negative to say....salon is clean except for the nats always flying around. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to sum up everything in only two words!
