Golden Rod and just seasonal allergies in general really did a number on me! I took benadryl for about two days to no avail and then I remembered how Amy's acupuncture treatments helped my wrist and hand injury heal so quickly. After the third treatment all my symptoms, sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose and itchy throat were gone. I had my last treatment last night just for good measure. I try to avoid taking medication whenever possible. Acupuncture is such a positive,relaxing experience that allows the body to heal naturally. Amy, Thank you Again! Kath
