I am an employee at Pinnacle Community Services as a last of the day program Summit. Summit is a day training program where we support intellectually disabled adults with job support and daily living skills. My customers and myself go above and beyond to help our individuals gain new job experience or continue helping them with daily living skills. We take them on outings to local landmarks, conduct fundraisers for them to make profit from, teach them about working, and even help with learning, speech, and hygiene.
