If I could give this company NO STARS, I would! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company that I have done business with in the entire city. I was looking forward to picking up my daughter's recital pics at dress rehearsal, along with all the other moms. When I got my envelope, there were no photos...just a note saying that I owed $10.78. I NEVER received a phone call or an e-mail prior to delivery saying that there was a mistake and that I owed more money. I was SHOCKED.
