I have lived in Europe for twelve years and I'm constantly on the quest for the perfect European pastry (and chocolate mousse). What a wonderful surprise to find Sweet Caroline's in Palm Harbor. Croissants that hold up to their European counterpart (finally) and chocolate mousse made from Swiss Chocolate (my home country) - again - only to be found on distant shores. What a gem we have here in Palm Harbor. Mike, the owner, is a Master! Hats off to this incredible bakery, thanking my lucky stars that it is here in Florida!
