After the technician did not show up to replace a part that he said needed replacing in our washing machine, we hired someone else to complete the job. When the new technician opened up the washing machine, he discovered that the technician from AA appliance had stolen the main electric board for the washer. When we tried to get in touch with AA Appliance repair, we discovered that there is one answering service for many appliance companies. We could not get the number of the technician nor would anyone call us back after ten tries. Do NOT hire these people.
