Toss it up is a very small establishment, but if you enjoy relaxing while being coifed this is the place to go. I enjoyed soothing music and nice conversation with these professional ladies. There was no wait. They kept their appointments on schedule and I was started on time, washed, cut, wrapped and styled and on my way within 1 1/2 hr. There prices are very reasonable also. I would highly recommend these ladies from Philly to anyone who wants a fresh style and great customer service!
