I was supposed to be charged a managmenent fee of $100.00/month plus any cleaning bills. The cleaning bill came out to less then $200.00 when it needed to be cleaned after my last tenant left. After the tenant left, my condo was vacant for several months b/c noone was shown the property. I finally had to find my own tenant and cancelled service with this company. As it turned out they made up a bunch of new rules that I did not sign up for including a 60 day notice(I gave them alot more notice than 60 days but cannot prove it in writing), a $500.00 referral fe
