I got a pair of boots from them that was $180, 6 months later the soles came off of them so I took them back there . They told me they wasn't going to warranty them but they could send them out to the manufactaur and it would take 3 weeks, was a lil rude with me but I told them to go ahead and do so. they left me a voice mail about 2 weeks later and told me that they didn't warranty them and I had till Monday to get my boots or they was throwing them in the dumpster..
