If you can't do a particular service, you should say so. She can't do sew-ins and should stick to braids. The stylist was more than 45 minutes late and then she proceeded to smack gum and talk on the phone during the entire installation process. Not worth my hard earned money. Now I have to find someone to salvage this hair mistake.....
