Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center The physicians at Bellingham Spine Pain Specialists perform most of their outpatient procedures at Northwest Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Medicare-Certified freestanding ambulatory surgery center located next door to BSPS. The surgery center has two state-of-the art operating rooms that are precisely equipped to meet the needs of BSPS physicians.
