I go to this particular store because of the wide variety but I do not like being followed around the store. I went in to by some braiding hair and upon debating which brand to use, I was followed around like I was a criminal contemplating theft. I do not steal and am not willing to go to jail for a $5.99 pack of hair. I find this to be a huge deterrent on if I would ever buy anything from them. Customer service is a huge problem to these people.
