They do NOT know how to do their job. They do not tow right. They ruined my airbag suspension while towing my car. AAA does not care, they subcontract who ever gives them the cheapest rates without checking out the company first. Bernier's will convince you to let their shop make the repairs. It will takes weeks to get your car back, they fill it with junk yard parts, and lie about repair made. DO NOT use this company, even if AAA sends them!!!!
