This agency is all about profit and taking advantage of the legal system and its approach to DUI to make money. The director herself doesn't even have a bachelors degree and has had more than 10 different employees in a period of two years, hiring and firing people indiscriminately. This is an agency that focus on marketing skills that the staff doesn't have and they are fortunate that DCF refers DUI clients to them so they can make money.
