i used to be a customer of the mechanic who used to own this shop. earl was a good guy and a straight shooter. i brought my vehicle to osborne after earl died to have a fuel leak diagnosed and repaired. i was a drop-in (wed morning at 8am), so had no problem when i was told that there were 6 customers ahead of me and that it would be that afternoon or the following morning before they could get to my truck. i called the next morning and was told that they had not gotten to it the previous afternoon, but that they would get it up on the rack that morning.
