Mark Taylor is a complete fraud, his website is misleading and his customer service is horrible. He actually doesn't even have a mobile repair van, he shows up on a motorcycle and lives in Pleasanton, TX. We thought he was local to the New Braunfels area. He took our money and the only set of keys we have to our motor home. The only way we were able to touch base with him was to call Sheriff who gave us his Mother's phone number. This guy couldn't even perform a diagnosis on our A/C which is why we called him out to begin with, we lost $247 to this con ma
