We broke ground in early May on Sterling Estates of West Cobb, our new Senior Living community just west of the historic Marietta downtown square and just before The Avenue shops. We expect to open in August of 2016 and just recently introduced our Sterling Advantage Club (SAC) to the market where members can secure their specific Independent Living cottage, garden home or apartment or Assisted Living apartment. Each month we will have announcements and events to introduce our community, amenities and services to the local market. Our Retirement Living options as mentioned above will include Independent Living cottages, garden homes and spacious apartments as well as a Main Residence with studio, one and two bedroom suites for independent residents or residents who may need some assistance with activities of daily living. In our Main Residence we will have 2 large dining rooms, including our Sterling Grill. Also in our Main Residence we will have a 6500 sq. ft. Sterling Wellness Center with an indoor, heated, aerobic salt water pool. One of our goals is to free up time and eliminate stress in all our residents' lives so they can be as productive and/or carefree as they'd like in their retirement years. We can't wait to show you.
