Townhouse Community is a family mobile home park with manufactured homes. Park homes feature single wide mobile homes, mobile home space rentals, on-site used mobile homes for sale. Townhouse Community MHP is a Member of the Manufactured Housing Communities of AZ. Management team includes an off-site manager which holds a mobile home dealer license and a Resident Manager. This mobile home community offers amenities such as a clubhouse, laundry facilities, swimming pool and paved streets. Pets are welcome. There is a small monthly pet fee and a size restriction. Each mobile home is individually metered for city water and sewer, trash collection and comes in one monthly bill along with your mobile home space rent amount and pet fee if applicable. Cable TV and telephone service is available in the community. Community activities are planned throughout the year. Townhouse Community Mobile Home Park is involved in the Crime Free Housing Program which works with local Law Enforcement to provide a safe environment for its Residents.Townhouse Community also observes G.A.I.N. (Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods) – Arizona’s National Night Out in October. G.A.I.N. is a day of celebration for the success of crime prevention through community involvement.
