Healing Hearts Family Counseling Center offers hope, direction, support, and guidance with cutting-edge and resarch-based practices. Children and families learn how to work through mental health healing and relational issues to move toward health and interdependency in relationships. Healing Hearts Family Counseling Center uses an integrative approach to therapy. We collaborate with Children's Therapy Network, an occupational therapy clinic for training, supervision, and assessments. As a result, our approach is like no other clinic around. We believe that when issues arise in children and families, often impairments exist in multiple domains. Thus we seek answers and solutions for the underlying root rather than just addressing the symptoms. Our clinicians continue to train in multiplme modalities to improve client care. As a result, our clinicians receive ongoing training and supervision regarding attachment, trauma, childhood mental health issues, autism, and sensory issues. We receive supervision from Dr. Lark Eshleman, Dr. Arthur Becker-Weidman, and Bob Patterson, PT. Healing Hearts believe children and families struggle with impairments in many domains. As a result, we are invested in working with schools, medical professionals, and alternative therapies to help families heal.
