Rhonda Paver and her husband Bill moved to Austin in 1979. Discouraged by the lack of quality child care, Rhonda started her own school to give other parents the same level of care that she gave her own children. The core philosophy was based on earning the trust of parents, who soon found Stepping Stone School a solid bridge between work and home.
