Dr. McCormack attended the University of Iowa for his B.S. undergraduate degree, and then spent 2 years with cardiologists doing cardiovascular research. Starting in 1980 he attended dental school at Iowa. He then moved to Minneapolis and completed a general practice residency program at the University of Minnesota Hospitals and clinics. Dr. McCormack practiced at a Park Nicollet Clinic for 3 years before moving to St Croix Falls in 1990. He has maintained a general family dental practice since then.
