Family Health Partners, Inc. was founded in 1984 by Drs. Eric and Amy Prack as one of the first new practices to be established in the area in years. Drs. Chris and Vicki Brown joined us in 1995, and have since helped us provide care to our ever growing patient base. Most recently, we have decided to integrate a patient portal, brought to you by Medfusion. This allows patients to interactively log on, view and pay bills, request prescription refills and even appointments.
