Labor Finders recruits applicants based upon client orders and skills required to fill those orders. Labor Finders performs all the activities required by law and those associated with good human resource and OSHA guidelines. Once candidates are selected, they are provided to the client company to work for a pre-determined period at a pre-determined bill and pay rate. The client confirms the worker's activity by signing a time card each pay period verifying hours worked. The time card is then sent to Labor Finders and provides information needed to produce a pay check for the employee. The client is then billed and pays Labor Finders according to the terms. After only 25 business days you can hire our employee outright and make them your employee if you desire. We call this the working resume and our competitors require 400 hours or 90 days. Thus Labor Finders will save you a couple of thousand dollars compared to our competitors. We accept applications from 9am-3pm M-F and 7:30am-9:30am Saturday.
