Architecture design services are offered in building, structural, electrical/lighting, HVA/C, site and computer-aided design, with analysis in energy conservation, construction cost, management, and inspection, design specification, and project bidding. Past projects include the Highland District Library Greenfield Branch and the Wayne Township Fire Department. Engineering services are focused on water supply distribution, waste water collection, storm sewer systems, site development, water distribution, sanitary sewers, land development and subdivisions, construction inspection and management, 401 and 404 certification permits, NOI permits for construction runoff, ODOT prequalification for highways and bridges, recreational trails and facilities, and hydrologic investigations.
