Anchor Counseling Services has opened in the Rivers Edge building, in Grand Forks. My name is Susan Nelson, LICSW, RN, and am the therapist. I have experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy; corrections and substance abuse. I have worked with couples, individuals, and groups. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the main mode of our therapy, but solution-focused and motivational therapy are also frequently used.
