We believe in ongoing training for the services that we provide, because this is the only way to stay competitive in the industry. There are far too many companies with inexperienced technicians. Traffic lane pre-conditioner We start with a pre-spray designed to loosen the deep rooted soils from your carpet fibers. This formulation breaks down many of your common household oils, grease, and proteins associated with foods. Extraction We use hot softened water combined with a rinse formula to flush the pre-conditioner and extract it back out of your carpet with our powerful truck mounted system along with your dirt. Drying Although your carpets will still be damp after cleaning, we use a powerful industrial fan called an airmover while we are cleaning to cut down on your dry time. Most carpets will be dry within 8-12 hours, depending on thickness, material, and the weather. Spot Removal We also carry a variety of specialty spotting agents for the “harder-to-remove” spots like gum, wax, and cosmetics. We include spot removal in our service for the same price. Many companies consider this an additional service and charge you more for it! We feel that this is part of cleaning and of course you would want them removed. We will always do our best to leave your carpets as spot free as possible!
