We also now have classes such as Pilates, Kick boxing, Kick abs, and Boot camp which guarantees losing 10 lbs. per month. This is seperate from the gym and is available to members and nonmembers. Cyndi, the instructor, has had incredible success so far. Come in and check the class schedule on business hours. We have a display in the gym as you walk through the door.
