Our atmosphere is always positive and encouraging and follows the Anti - Momentum system, a trademarked system which teaches athletes to get the most out of their workouts while reducing any chance of injury. We are not like all the copy cat gyms that are yelling, screaming, sniffing ammonia, flipping tires and hurting every athlete they train in a constant effort to lift more weight with no concern to all the physical damage they are causing to the athletes they train.
