As a coordinator, his responsibilities included putting together product packaging, product advertising and promotional efforts. While working there, Bobby cleaned carpet on the weekend. After six months, Bobby left his job and focused his attention on the carpet cleaning business. From the beginning, Bobby realized the importance of education within the industry.
