As a Divisional, Julie had responsibility for as many as 34 skilled nursing facilities in the Northwest. Now she focuses all of her attention in serving the residents of Bothell Health Care. Nestled in over nine majestic acres of Washington forestland, Bothell Health Care offers short-term and long-term skilled services. Our professional team recognizes that every resident has unique needs, goals and abilities. We work closely with the resident and his or her family to develop an individualized care plan to meet their unique needs and goals. Bothell Health Care skilled nursing facility offers more than nursing care. Our services are designed to bring healing to your loved one and peace of mind to you. We offer skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, medical supervision and assistance with activities of daily living. The goal of our specialized rehab program is to help residents attain their maximum potential and restore the functional abilities and confidence necessary for independent living. Our inpatient and outpatient rehab teams offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies which are often critical components of a resident's plan of care. The therapists at Bothell Health Care evaluate the needs of each resident and develop an outcome-oriented program.
