Members buy a membership share in the co-op, but the cooperative owns the building, land and all common areas. Members are entitled to occupancy rights to housing unity as part of their membership benefits. Members pay a fixed amount each month that covers basic expenses, including mortgage, property taxes and operating costs. Each membership has voting privileges. And the Cooperative is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of current members, elected by the membership. About Us!
