Open since 2008, Serenity Medical Evaluations has become the Inland Empire's "Most Trusted" Cannabis Evaluation Clinic. Its sort of like insurance…there if you need it. You can GROW your own medicine…NO GROWER”S permit required. Why?? There is no such thing as a growers/cultivation/vendor license.
