Our fuel distribution company chiefly provides commercial unbranded bulk fueling to dealers, independent operators and trucking and distribution companies in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. We also deliver Exxon branded fuel to Exxon branded stores, home heating oil to individuals and businesses, and engages in brokered fuel distribution within the continental United States. Our fuel distribution company also engages in a fuel brokerage business outside of our Mid-Atlantic transportation territory. We have the ability to purchase unbranded fuels from terminals throughout the United States. Access to these terminals and significant reservoir capacity allows us to meet our customers’ needs throughout the United States without the need to put up storage facilities and transportation capacity across the region. We also offer commercial mobile-wet fueling services to customers in Northeast Pennsylvania.
