Owner and operator Karen Killips of Top Knot Tail Waggers T.L.C. is proud to offer Mobile Dog Grooming to Shawano and the surrounding area. This means I will be able to come to your house and Groom your dog inside the van on your property. This Van is fully equipped to do a complete grooming just like any other regular shop. Born and raised on a farm in the area animals and pets are not new to me, I have been around them most of my life. Small breed dogs just seem to have a special place in my heart. I have Yorkies that I raise, and Yorkies when you let their coats grow out touching the floor (known as a show coat) require a lot of work, that's why most people keep them in puppy cuts. My Yorkies have Championship Bloodlines, and I do try to show them. Dog shows can be a lot of fun and it’s something I enjoy. Getting the dogs ready to show can take 3-4 hours each, again something I enjoy and this is why I started my Grooming business just over 3 years ago. Now time on the other hand is something I do not have much of, you see I work out full time. I need the income just like everyone else so, my groomings are set up for after work and Weekends. Some of my customers are 10-15 miles away and with pick-up and delivery this is a lot of time and gas on the road. And this is the reason I thought a Mobile Grooming Van would help with time spent on the road. I would like to believe that this service should become beneficial to senior citizens. As I have found out some dogs do not travel well, or get car-sick. Mobile grooming to the rescue! I travel, not the do; less stress for everyone.
