Worker's Compensation We are providers for Worker's Compensation, most managed care plans, private insurance plans, and Medicare. Our office staff will assist a patient in determining their insurance benefits for rehabilitation services. If you do not see your insurance listed, please call our office. We will verify benefits for you. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company for you. Our fees are established within the usual and customary limits for physical and occupational therapy treatment in our area. Remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. Our policies regarding fees are clearly defined and discussed with you following your initial evaluation. We provide highly accurate DNA testing that is designed to resolve questions of disputed paternity. We use 2 of the top DNA paternity testing facilities in the United States. DNA testing can provide a high probability of paternity by use of several different genetic markers. Our testing is done via buccal swab and, therefore, is painless for all parties involved.
