Sadhavah Yoga will help you to achieve peace, gaining balance and strength in your life. We will help guide you to find your inner truth. Whether it be in the classroom, private instruction, enjoying classes with family and friends, or being involved with your child's yoga experience, we are here to work with your individual lifestyle. Stacey has taught in various locations, including Highland Yoga in New Jersey, Spirit in New York City and Traveling Yogis in London. Since moving to DC in late 2004, she has taught all over the DC area, including Sport and Health, as well as privately. In 2009 she moved to Maryland and quickly saw the need in the greater Potomac area for yoga and massage to fit active, busy lifestyles. Her mission in Sadhavah Yoga is to create balance, harmony and serenity to fit all lifestyles through yoga, pranayama, meditation and Thai Yoga Massage. Stacey teaches various forms of yoga stemming from a Kripalu background and bringing that into a Vinyasa flow which uses the sun salutation not only as a warm up, but incorporates it into the routine. She uses a hands-on approach with her students and encourages them to listen to their bodies and their inner-self while practicing – a kind of moving meditation.
